You get orders based on a five star rating, so if somebody feels like giving you a for, for no reason, you are less likely to get orders. Many times they bundled those orders with people who do not tip, so you’re delivering to somebody for free. I just checked one job right now to be delivered at 7 AM that pays $11 and some change, which is bundled, so you are delivering two orders for $11. Then they started bundling most of the orders, which means that you are taking two orders and getting paid for one. Shipt used to be a good company to work for, but then they change the pay structure, which basically meant you were getting paid less (but they present it to you as if it’s a good change).
